An established financial services organisation is looking to recruit a D365 Development and Support Lead, to deliver and maintain CRM applications following development best practices and provide user support to these same applications. You will work closely with suppliers, partners and line manager to deliver solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Dynamics D365 CE Configuration and Customisation (Build and configure workflows, automations, plugins, APIs, and integrations)
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, PowerBI)
  • Integrate Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management)
  • Dynamics 365 integration using KingswaySoft
  • Data Migration using Kingsway Soft
  • ITIL experience and qualifications
  • Visual Studio 2019 or higher
  • CI/CD
  • Version control and branching methodologies using GIT
  • Application integration using SOAP web services and REST APIs
  • OWASP Top 10 security framework
  • Agile and SCRUM
  • Experience in 3rd line support across CRM applications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration and customization
  • Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and related services
  • Experience with Azure service integration and API management
  • Familiarity with KingswaySoft data integration and migration tools
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Proficiency with development tools and methodologies (Visual Studio, CI/CD, Git)
  • Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and secure coding practices
  • Knowledge of secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10)
  • Agile/SCRUM experience
  • 3rd line support experience for CRM applications
