Job Overview
EC&I Partners are seeking an experienced EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) Design Engineer to join our clients office-based team in Winsford. This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing electrical and control systems for wastewater treatment projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design EC&I systems including control panels and instrumentation Produce technical drawings: layouts, schematics, P&IDs, loop diagrams Prepare documentation: BOMs, FAT/SAT procedures, O&M manuals Liaise with clients and attend project meetings Provide technical support to site teams Ensure compliance with QMS, H&S, and relevant legislation Requirements:
Recognised apprenticeship or 4+ years in a similar role City & Guilds / BTEC (or equivalent) in EC&I discipline Proficient in AutoCAD and Electrical OM (or similar) COMPEX qualified with knowledge of DSEAR/DSD Strong understanding of hazardous areas and instrumentation Full UK driving licence and valid passport If you are an experienced EC&I Design Engineer looking for a new challenge, send your CV and certificates apply today!
