EC&I Engineer - The Role:
Work as part of the Maintenance team to ensure the Top Tier COMAH site is operating in a safe and productive manner Creating EC&I drawings (e.g., Block Cable Diagrams, Single Line Diagrams), technical specifications, and basis of design documents.   Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, legislation, and project requirements, including safety and functional safety aspects. Supporting the commissioning process. Identifying and resolving technical issues, often requiring a proactive approach. Maintain and upgrade DCS/PLC and hard-wired control systems. Maintain and upgrade PLC based control loops. Coordinate functional testing of basic process control systems. Read and extract information from drawings, specification diagrams, operation, and maintenance manuals. Perform and record risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks. Work with the project team delivering and commissioning on site projects.
