\n\nThe Opportunity:\n
We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on role covering both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of plant and equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\n \n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
\n
\n
\n Inspect, test, repair, and refurbish plant machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations
\n
\n
\n Use CMMS daily for task tracking and documentation
\n
\n
\n Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency
\n
\n
\n Supervise contractors and visitors when required
\n
\n
\n Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis
\n
\n
\n Support production and other departments with engineering solutions
\n
\n
\n\nTechnical Requirements:\n
\n \n Experience with electrical installations, including AC motors, inverters, drives, relays, single and 3-phase systems
\n
\n
\n Confident with fault finding on PLC systems (basic), overhead cranes, belts, chains, and bearings
\n
\n
\n Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n
\n
\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n
\n \n Electrical qualification to Level 2 or equivalent installation course (not just 18th edition)
\n
\n
\n Demonstrable experience with complex fault finding
\n
\n
\n Industry background open
\n
\n
\n Comfortable reading and interpreting electrical drawings
\n
\n
