Electrical Biased Maintenance Engineer ( Facilities)

Due to contract growth, we are recruiting for a Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading Facilities Management company to on leading site in Nottingham.\n\nYou will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in maintaining building fabric within commercial environments. Experience working with HVAC Systems is highly advantageous\n\nCandidates must be time served with 18th Edition- Qualifications such as 2391 or FGAS would be advantageous.\n\nHours - Mon - Fri ( 8-5)\n\nOn call is 1 in 3 (£100 p/week + minimum 4 hours per call) – will expand as the contract grows.\n\nThis is a permanent position based on Days\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * PPM maintenance\n\n * Reactive maintenance\n\n * Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations\n\n * Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures\n\n * Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required\n\n * Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team\n\nSkills & Attributes\n\n * Time Served Engineer - qualified in an electrical discipline\n\n * 18th Edition qualified – 2391 is advantageous\n\n * Experience / qualifications working with HVAC Systems is advantageous\n\n * Experience in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services background\n\n * Knowledge of L8 Management\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Business
