Job Title: Electrical Day Shift Engineer – £47,000

Location: Liverpool Street, London Landmark Tower Building | 26 Floors Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | Days Only (7am – 7pm)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join our established facilities maintenance team at a prestigious high-rise building in the heart of London’s financial district. Key Responsibilities:

Provide electrical maintenance across the site (PPMs and reactive tasks)

*

Fault-finding, inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical systems

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures

*

Liaise with on-site management and assist other team members where required

*

Maintain plant rooms and associated building services equipment

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (C&G 2360 / 2330)

*

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

*

Experience in building services within a commercial environment

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and health & safety standards

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
