An employee focussed organisation, committed to investing and nurturing its people throughout the business.\n\nDue to the acquisition of some major projects in the Healthcare and Commercial Sectors, the business is looking attract Electrical Building Services Design Engineers.\n\nResponsibilities and authority:\n\n * Produce Electrical Design drawings, calculations & reports, specifications and schedules.\n\n * Contribute to BREEAM or equivalent legislation\n\n * Witness test the proving and commissioning procedures of final installations\n\n * Work to internal and external project programs effectively\n\n * Work to company Quality Assurance management systems\n\n * Support Senior/ Associate Engineers and Management\n\n * Communicate effectively with internal and external design team member\n\n * Undertake non-intrusive surveys of existing installations\n\n * Undertake main plant area spatial allowance exercises\n\n * Ensure industry knowledge is kept up to date with new legislation, standards and regulations, product development and new technology\n\n * Attend and contribute to design team and project meetings\n\n * Study towards chartership and maintain CPD requirements\n\n * Liaise with lead and/or support engineers to ensure that discipline designs are completed to expected quality and programme\n\n * Collaborate and work effectively with all others affecting or affected by your work\n\n * Carry out all personal management duties including weekly timesheets\n\n * Comply with all security procedures and commercial in-confidence restrictions associated with work duties\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\n * Engineering Degree .\n\n * Minimum Engineering HNC/D or equivalent qualification\n\n * Alternatively suitable Construction site-based experience with a recognised completed electrical apprenticeship\n\nOn Offer to you..\n\n * Company Pension\n\n * Healthcare Plan\n\n * Hybrid Working\n\n * Investment in continued professional development\n\n * Annual Bonus
