Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing electrical design documentation including MCCs, cable networks, containment, and control philosophies
  • Overseeing installation and commissioning of electrical, ICA and automation systems across multiple sites
  • Ensuring compliance with British, ISO and client standards, including Health & Safety regulations
  • Conducting inspections, FATs and iFATs, and coordinating certification processes
  • Collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Supporting continuous improvement and operational needs within the branch office

Experience and qualifications

  • A degree, HND or HNC in Engineering, Science or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within utilities or M&E engineering
  • Strong background in industrial electrical and ICA design, including MCC/Electrical Panel design and documentation
  • Familiarity with LV/ELV systems, relay logic and instrumentation
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide (including overnight stays), and to the EPS Group headquarters in Ireland as required
  • Full UK driving licence - any existing endorsements must be declared in the application
