Electrical Design Engineer - Protection & Control – Glasgow (remote). Salary £70,000 to £80,000. Permanent.

Responsibilities

The role will focus on the detailed design of protection and control systems for various P&R projects and support the delivery of high-voltage electrical infrastructure across the power and renewables sector in the UK.

Qualifications / Ideal candidates

• Strong experience in electrical protection and control design for HV/MV projects
• Extensive knowledge of HV/EHV substation systems (11kV to 400kV)
• Proficiency with protection coordination and modelling software
