Electrical Design Engineer – The Role:
Design and develop large-scale electrical systems for advanced marine applications Use EPlan to produce detailed schematics and electrical documentation Collaborate with vessel manufacturers to advise on system integration and custom configurations Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery Provide technical input from concept through to final implementation, ensuring robust, safe, and compliant solutions
Electrical Design Engineer – The Person:
Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s level advantageous) Experience with large electrical installations — ideally in the marine or industrial sectors Familiarity with ATEX / IEC Ex standards is desirable Proficient in professional CAD tools — EPlan experience is highly preferred Excellent communicator and a team-focused mindset, able to work collaboratively across disciplines
