Calling all Electrical Design Engineers!\n\nHere at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35, with the potential to become long-term or permanent. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, working 3-4 days, or more, from our client's London office. You will have the opportunity to join a motivating team to work on a 900-bed hotel project, working at stage 5.\n\n-Competitive hourly rate of £40-£44 (depending on experience).\n\n-Hybrid working arrangement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n -Create electrical design drawings and specs for a large-scale hotel project.\n\n-Work closely with colleagues, clients, architects, and contractors.\n\n-Ensure designs meet all codes, standards, and regulations.\n\n-Support sustainable design and use of innovative tech.\n\n-Manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\n-Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n\n-Must have extensive experience in Mission Critical design and building services design, specifically on data centres.\n\n-Skilled in Amtech, and Dialux/Relux, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency being beneficial.\n\n-Good knowledge of British Standards and building regulations.\n\n-Strong communication skills, with an ability to work well within a team.\n\n-Chartered or working towards Chartership (IET or similar)
