We are now looking for a sharp, organized, and forward-thinking Electrical Engineer to help shape the future of our client's electrical design and manufacturing capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person for all things electrical, leading improvements, refining designs, and driving the development of our next generation of products. Key responsibilities include:

• Design & deliver: produce clear, standards-compliant electrical schematics and documentation (AutoCAD Electrical preferred, but not mandatory).
• Own the process: specify components, design for global markets, and take ownership from concept through to the shop floor.
• Collaborate & innovate: work alongside a friendly and clever team in R&D, manufacturing, and production—your ideas won't just be heard, they'll be built.
• Evolve & improve: play a pivotal role in enhancing reliability, safety, and performance across our growing product range.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who knows their wires and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You likely tick most of these boxes:

• A degree, HND, or Level 5 qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• Around 3+ years of hands-on experience in machinery or equipment-based electrical engineering roles.
• Fluent in electrical schematics (AutoCAD Electrical or similar) and familiar with control panels.
• Experience in wiring, testing, and assembly.
• Good communicator with a methodical, problem-solving mindset and a sense of ownership.

Bonus Points If You Also Have

• Experience designing for international power specifications (if you've ever asked, "Is this 60Hz or 50Hz?", you're our kind of person).
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, or configurable product design.
• A background in small-batch or configurable manufacturing.
