Attention Electrical Design Engineers!!\n\nHere at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a well-established engineering consultancy in a permanent or contract (Outside IR35) position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days in our client's office in Manchester, with two days working from home.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on a range of healthcare projects, with an experienced and motivated team.\n\n-Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-£43 (depending on experience),\n\n-Hybrid working arrangements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards.\n\n-Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems.\n\n-Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs.\n\n-Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.\n\n-Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards.\n\n-Help prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and resources.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n-A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n\n-Experience in electrical design.\n\n-Strong knowledge of electrical systems (lighting, power, distribution).\n\n-Extensive experience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).\n\n-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\n-Familiarity with relevant building regulations, standards, and sustainability practices
