Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Victoria. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally with a current LV qualification (Expired is OK) to be based across circa 16 sites within a team of 9 engineers, all of which are within 1 square mile and walking distance from one another.
He or she will be required to carry out Electrical & Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- Knowledge of UPS systems, including switch-over panels
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Monitor the BMS systems
- General building fabric
- HIU Knowledge (Beneficial)
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Electrically qualified (Minimum of Level 3) - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- LVAP Qualification
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Honest, hard-working working and reliable
- Up to £49,000 per annum
- Up to £25-30k of OT available per engineer
- 25 days holiday + BH
