OverviewElectrical Engineer – Roam is a rapidly growing EV Infrastructure business where our mission is to Electrify your Everyday. The team is responsible for delivering a first class roll out of fully funded and managed serviced EV infrastructure solutions.ResponsibilitiesCarry out in-depth site surveys to assess for available power allowing for the completion of accurate, high quality quotes and estimatesWork pro-actively with Sales and Account Management to manage surveys and site visits for installationsWork with Customer Services to provide pro-active and re-active maintenance on existing sitesMinor works installationsCommissioning of both A.C and D.C chargepointsQuality assurance reports on our sub-contractors installationsTest and inspection using NICEIC portalAct as a brand ambassador and representing Roam at site visitsAre you?We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a similar role, as well as the following qualifications:Experienced working with large scale commercial/industrial building supply and understanding of how to utilise this supply to suit our installationsPrevious experience installing electric vehicle charging points whether commercial or domesticMaintenance Engineer experienceUnderstanding of a wide variety of commercial electrical installationsExcellent communication with both the office and clients as a Roam representativeDrive, commitment, and desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced changing industryPro-active, and responsive approach to all workTeam player, positive attitudeFormal qualificationsCity and Guilds 18th Edition - E2391 Test And Inspection - EFull, clean driving licence - E2396 Electrical Design Course - DECS/CSCS cardholder - D2919-01 EV Charger Course - D(E - Essential, D - Desirable)Diversity MattersWe are committed to building a team that reflects the society we live in and the customers we serve.
