We're delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected building services provider, based in Farnborough. In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a variety of electrical and mechanical systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring all equipment and building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with current regulations.
Electrical Engineer Duties:
Perform scheduled PPM and respond to reactive maintenance requests Work on Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS Safely isolate and reinstate plant equipment as required Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory standards Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS and logbooks Operate and manage jobs through the PDA system Act as a point of contact for client queries on-site Promote safe wor...
