An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working on a prestigious contract in Central London. This Monday-to-Friday role (8 AM to 5 PM) involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across building services within a high-profile environment.

Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least three years experience in the commercial building services maintenance. The site is a large high end office space which will involve being very client facing and will require patience and clear communication skills. This is a high profile contract that can be busy from time to time so our client is looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and being kept busy.

Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms HVAC Pumps & Motors AC Tap Temperatures Flushing Water treatment Filters Belts General Building Services Requirements Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum) Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Benefits Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week £45,000 - £48,000 per annum 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday Pension package Overtime readily available Training Great opportunity to progress internally
