Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Euston\n\nLocation: Euston, London\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm\n\nContract: Permanent\n\nWe’re currently recruiting for a client-facing Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site near Euston Station. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to take ownership of electrical and mechanical maintenance, compliance, and service delivery in a high-profile environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment availability\n\nRespond to BMS alarms and carry out emergency repairs\n\nMaintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems in line with L8 standards\n\nManage Permit to Work systems and ensure safe working practices\n\nSupervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with site procedures\n\nMaintain accurate records and documentation (task sheets, risk assessments, method statements)\n\nEnsure spare parts availability and support continuous improvement of site operations\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance\n\nQualified to City & Guilds Level 3 and 18th Edition\n\nStrong understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards\n\nExperience supervising subcontractors\n\nAbility to provide 2 recent work references\n\nOwn safety boots and basic hand tools\n\nIf you meet the criteria and are ready to take the next step in your engineering career, please reply with your up-to-date CV.
