Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a key part of this purpose - delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance solutions that ensure our clients’ buildings operate to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for providing world-class and consistent building maintenance services across a variety of client properties within your designated region. This will involve electrical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, alongside wider building services tasks.
Working within a multi-skilled engineering team, you will help ensure that all building systems perform efficiently and that client satisfaction remains at the heart of every job you undertake.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver electrical PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works within agreed timeframes, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
* Undertake other building services maintenance including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric-related tasks as required.
* Provide callout response for clients as part of an agreed callout rota.
