Skills required for the Electrical Engineer: Experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and control panels. Preventive and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of industrial automation, sensors, and instrumentation. Rapid fault diagnosis and repair under time pressure. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Mechanical awareness to support multi-skilled maintenance tasks.
