An exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract in Barrow - in - Furness Working Monday to Friday, 7:30-4pm the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on a prestigious site.
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least two years experience in the commercial building services maintenance.
Duties:
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
HVAC
Pumps & Motors
Tap Temperatures
Water treatment
Filters
Belts
General Building Services Requirements:
Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
Building Services Maintenance experience
Electrical apprenticeship completed
Career driven and motivated
Polite and personable
Flexibility for call outs.
Driving license Salary and Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 7:30- 4:00 working week
On call allowance.
£40,000 per annum
