Electrical Engineer - Milan - 12-Month Contract

Our client, an experienced principal contractor partnering with some of the biggest data centre providers, is seeking a new Electrical Engineer. The project is based in the X region, with long-term future work expected in the area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Working as one of three electrical engineers reporting to the Electrical Package Manager
  2. Primarily responsible for HV & LV Panel and switchgear installation
  3. Switching both HV & LV
  4. Collaborating with external commissioning consultants to assist with commissioning, ensuring all processes are in place for witness testing
  5. Writing, implementing, and overseeing all RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
  6. Managing electrical installation of equipment onsite

Requirements:

  1. Previous data centre experience
  2. HV Authorisation
  3. Experience in installing HV & LV Panels
  4. Electrical qualifications
  5. Willingness to work onsite five days a week
