We are looking for a hands on Electrical Engineer who takes pride in safe systems, clear paperwork and first time fixes. You will own statutory checks, planned maintenance and day to day repairs across a professional workplace environment. Package Competitive salary

The opportunity Join a leading hard services contract supporting a multi site estate
Deliver safe, compliant and reliable electrical maintenance
Key duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance to recognised standards
Complete reactive electrical repairs and fault finding
Perform PAT testing and statutory electrical safety checks
Deliver minor electrical installation works
Monitor and inspect building services as part of the compliance schedule
Keep accurate records and update the CAFM system in real time
Support meeting room setup and general site FM tasks when required
subcontractors and collaborate with other trades
Attend training to maintain competence and site authorisations
Provide timely responses to work requests and complete clear job notes
Participate in out of hours emergency cover on a rota when needed
What you will need Level 3 electrical qualification such as City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
BS7671 18th Edition
Strong understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance
Experience in facilities maintenance or building services
Confident using a CAFM system and basic IT for paperwork
Full UK driving licence
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage your workload and work independently
Physically able to carry out the full duties of the role
Nice to have ECS card
Test and Inspect 2391 or equivalent
Previous experience on multi site or critical environments
