Falcon Green is partnering with a renowned, award-winning contractor recognised for executing cutting-edge, large-scale industrial developments across mainland Europe. Theyre currently seeking a driven and practical Electrical Engineer to become part of their expanding team on a flagship Data Centre project. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and proactive individual looking to establish a long-term career in the Data Centre sector. In addition to a competitive salary, the role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including a living-away allowance, monthly flights, travel expenses, accommodation, and private healthcare. *Please be advised employment terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the host countrys labour laws* Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: - Maintain clear, accurate reporting to track project progress and ensure alignment across the team with critical deadlines. - Review design and IFC specifications and drawings to gain a full understanding of the project scope. - Lead the coordination process by working closely with BIM personnel to develop precise installation drawings that meet compliance and scheduling requirements. - Support on-site quality assurance by ensuring all works are delivered in line with technical specifications and regulatory standards. - Assess subcontractor and supplier tenders to confirm alignment with the project's technical and design specifications. - Oversee engineering activities, including procurement, to ensure all tasks remain on schedule and within project timelines. - Manage the preparation, submission, and approval of all technical submittals, ensuring they meet project standards. - Ensure all installations are executed in accordance with project specifications and the quality assurance plan. - Coordinate subcontractor efforts to drive progress, maintain clear communication, and keep detailed records of weekly coordination meetings. - Promote the adoption of innovative practices that enhance project scheduling and delivery efficiency. - Collaborate with the Project Quantity Surveyor to prepare and issue comprehensive tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers. Electrical Engineer Requirements: -

A minimum of 57 years experience in the electrical contracting industry, ideally gained with a reputable and recognised company. - Proven strong organisational and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and sound decision-making, with a practical and solutions-focused approach. - Experience using Navisworks and other engineering-related database systems. - Proficient in project management tools such as Project or Primavera, and familiar with CAD/BIM workflows and coordination processes.
