Salary: 45,000–50,000 + Progression + Overtime + Call outs + Progression + Company Van + Company Benefits

Location: Covering a patch around London, Essex and Surrey

Are you an HVAC Engineer or similar with electrical experience? This is a varied role working on specialist systems for celebrities and globally recognisable figures across a regional patch within a well-established, growing company that looks after and develops staff. The role includes call outs and overtime to increase earnings.

This company is a well-established provider of property maintenance services working with high-end clients ranging from private individuals to theatres and dockyards. They are known for long-term staff retention and are expanding their friendly team of 20.

Responsibilities

• Working with a range of high-end residential and commercial clients
• PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of HVAC systems
• Monday–Friday role with overtime and call outs
• Covering a regional patch around London, Essex and Surrey

Qualifications

• HVAC Engineer or similar
• Electrical background
• Willing to cover a patch around London, Essex and Surrey
