Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer Location: London & surrounding areas (inside M25) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £275 per day + Bonus + Overtime
We are an established property compliance company specialising in property certificates. We’re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer to join our growing team.
The Role
You will carry out:
*
Domestic and Commercial EICRs
*
Emergency Lighting Testing & Fire alartesting.
*
Recording findings and producing accurate Electrical Installation Condition Reports
*
Detailing/specifying/carrying out remedial works.
*
Ensuring timely issue of reports and certificates
About You
*
Fully qualified: City & Guilds 2330/2365 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
*
City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671: A2)
*
Competent with single & three-phase testing
*
Excellent knowledge of regulations and inspection codes
*
Strong communication skills – confident with landlords, homeowners, and businesses
*
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
*
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
