We're working with a privately owned building services provider to recruit an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in the Oxford area. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance of landlord systems at a flagship site, working with modern plant and a professional site team.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of landlord plant and electrical systems Carry out PPMs and fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels Provide support with mechanical systems (pumps, motors, HVAC plant, etc.) Manage contractors and liaise with site teams Ensure compliance with all H&S, statutory and operational procedures Keep maintenance records up to date via CAFM system Requirements: Electrically qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition) Good mechanical understanding of building services plant Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally in a client-facing environment Proactive, organised, and able to lead by example Benefits: Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 25 days annual leave Pension package Opportunity to grow and progress within a reputable, privately owned business Monday to Friday schedule (8am - 5pm) <...
