Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Sittingbourne. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial campus located in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
\n
Emergency lighting tests
\n
Control Panels
\n
Changing Ballast
\n
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
\n
Maintain and update Log books
\n
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
\n
Monitor the mechanical plant
\n
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
Cooling Towers
\n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

Water Treatment
\n
General building fabric
\n
Escort specialist subcontractors
\n
Hours of work

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements
\n
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
\n
17th/18th Edition (Required)
\n
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
Multi-skilled

Good communication skills
