Electrical Maintenance Engineer- FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment - Southampton - Up to £38k
Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in Southampton. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work on a manufacturing contract located in Southampton. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a highly critical environment. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to the Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution) \n
Emergency lighting \n
Generator maintenance \n
UPS maintenance \n
Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits \n
Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on-site \n
Any reactive and planned maintenance on site \n
Hours of Work
\n Monday to Friday \n
8am - 5pm \n
Requirements
\n Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential \n
City & Guild/NVQ Level 3 Essential \n
City & Guilds - 18th Edition \n
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance \n
Installation experience \n
Excellent customer service skills \n
Happy to cover a large site \n
Honest, hard-working and reliable \n
