Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Hartlepool Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

* Perform fault-finding and diagnostics on equipment and control systems, including PLCs

* Conduct planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime

* Work on continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis (e.g., QC Story, Major Breakdown Reporting)

* Participate in risk assessments and maintain high engineering standards

* Support with shift cover for absence, shutdowns, and urgent projects
