I am excited to partner with a leading manufacturer in Fort William who have an immediate vacancy for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their site. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will lead a small team responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance on site. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Carry out the planned preventative maintenance of the engineering plant, machinery and building. Attend breakdowns and carry out fault finding and diagnostics ensuring equipment is in working order. Lead the engineering team and apprentices in the section. Support the engineering team in new equipment installations, providing long-term maintenance input. Lead and support engineering maintenance projects across the site. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: The successful candidate will ideally hold a HNC qualification or above in electrical engineering although a Level 3 with strong electrical engineering knowledge and skills will be considered. Previous experience within a supervisory position. Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
