Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team of one of London’s most recognised service providers. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer with proven building services experience, joining a close-knit team on a flagship commercial site in the heart of Holborn. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical and building services systems.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
* Perform electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
* Work on single and three-phase power systems.
* Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
* Operate and maintain BMS systems.
* Service AHUs, FCUs, generators, UPS systems, motors, and pumps.
* Undertake water treatment duties (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.).
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements
* Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 – 236, 2330, 2365 or equivalent).
* Apprentice-trained (desirable).
* 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
* Proven background in building services maintenance.
* Experience working in a commercial environment.
* Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach
