Electrical Maintenance Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a retail contract covering between Darlington and Leeds.
* The salary is £36,631/pa + Door to Door pay.
* Monday – Friday working 40-hour week
* Call out 1-in 4 (Monday to Friday only)
* Overtime @ 1.5x after 40 hours
As a Maintenance Electrician you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

Requirements
* 18th Edition
* Level 3 in Electrical Installations
* Commercial maintenance preferable
