Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity with one of the UK's leading FM service providers? This is your chance to take ownership of a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial building located in the heart of Oxford Street, London.
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static, single-person site role. The building is approaching practical completion, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved from the very start.
Key Responsibilities: As the sole engineer on-site, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of M&E and fabric maintenance, including both planned and reactive tasks. Duties include:
Electrical works: lighting systems, small installations, fault-finding, ballast replacements, control panels, and power distribution. Emergency lighting & fire alarm testing. HVAC support: AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning), basic chiller resets. Pumps and motor maintenance. Basic water treatment (temperature checks – no chemical dosing).
