Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office – Finsbury Square An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable and established facilities management provider on a prestigious blue-chip commercial site in Finsbury Square. CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of four engineers delivering high-quality building services maintenance in a corporate, client-facing environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in electrical building maintenance, ideally with additional mechanical/fabric skills. This role offers long-term development, ongoing training, and the chance to progress within a growing FM company.

Key Responsibilities:

\n Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems

\n \n

Lighting systems (installation, fault finding, lamping, ballast changes)

\n \n

Emergency lighting tests and compliance

\n \n

BMS monitoring and environmental control support

\n \n

Control panels, motors, pumps, and pressurisation units

\n \n

Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)

\n \n

Keep compliance logbooks fully updated

\n \n

Escort and liaise with specialist contractors

\n \n

Proactively identify and resolve building service faults

\n \n

Ensure a safe and compliant working environment at all times

\n \n

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a client-focused approach

\n \n

Candidate Requirements:

\n Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent

\n \n

Must be able to provide proof of trade qualifications

\n \n

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

\n \n

Multi-skilled across basic mechanical and fabric works

\n \n

Confident, client-facing, and well-presented

\n \n

Proactive with excellent fault-finding abilities

\n \n

Strong understanding of H&S and statutory compliance

\n \n

Flexible for 1-in-4 callout rota

\n \n
