Are you a hands-on problem solver with the electrical know-how to keep production running at full speed?

We’re on the hunt for a Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and can tackle challenges head-on.

This role is 100% onsite with a rotating shift pattern: 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical assets – from mould and power presses to pumps, conveyors, and other essential kit. Providing smart engineering solutions when parts aren’t available – whether that’s retrofitting, reverse engineering, or modifying equipment. Keeping everything safe and efficient, following best practice maintenance techniques and Health & Safety regulations. Recording accurate maintenance and inspection logs. Mentoring and supporting apprentices to help them level up their skills.

What We’re Looking For

Recognised UK electrical qualifications. Strong experience with PLC-controlled plant and equipment. Proven fault-finding and repair skills. Background in a fast-paced production environment. A practical, solutions-focused mindset – this is not an electrical installation role.
