Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Willenhall Shifts: Rotating weekly: (monday to friday)

* 6:00am – 1:30pm

* 1:30pm – 9:00pm

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

An established manufacturing company in Willenhall is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a hands-on role for a time-served engineer with strong electrical skills and a working knowledge of mechanical systems including pneumatics and hydraulics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on production machinery

* Support mechanical maintenance tasks where required (gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics)

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime

* Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to production

* Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site policies and procedures

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS as needed

Requirements:

* Electrically qualified with relevant apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

* Proven experience in a similar electrical maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial environment
