Job Description:
Skilled and enthusiastic people to join us as an Electrical Engineer.
Support the Production Department throughout the provision of planned and daily maintenance, and technical advice on a range of bespoke machinery.
The development of new equipment and processes as well as the maintenance of Company properties also form part of the overall departmental responsibilities.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
18th Edition qualification but not essential
Previous experience of working in an Electrical Engineer capacity in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in PLC Control and Variable Speed Motor Controllers.
The ability to use your own initiative to solve problems, and to challenge the 'status quo'.
A self-motivated attitude and a proven commitment to seeing a job through to its conclusion to maintain production.
A flexible approach to your work, in terms of production and maintenance demands as well as continuous improvement methods.
