⏰ 5-week shift pattern – 6am–6pm (days) & 6pm–6am (nights)

About the role:

What you’ll do:

• React quickly to breakdowns & complete planned maintenance across site machinery
• Carry out statutory checks & ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Support CI projects to improve machine reliability & uptime
• Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to prioritise workload
• Keep accurate maintenance records & give clear shift handovers
• Manage/oversee contractors on site to ensure safe practices

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in breakdown response & planned maintenance within manufacturing
• Skilled in both mechanical & electrical fault finding (able to read technical drawings)
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices (inc. safe isolation)
• Flexible, proactive & strong problem solver
• Team player with good comms skills

Bonus skills: pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, welding, PLC fault finding, maintenance systems knowledge.
