Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Day Shifts | £40,000 - £42,500 | Commercial Building Services / Maintenance
We are actively recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static basis, within a large commercial building in Belfast. You will be working as part of a team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance / remedial works across all electrical building services equipment. You will be working for an industry leading service provider, on a day shift pattern (listed below).
Package Summary:
* Base Salary: £40,000 - £42,500
* Hours: 4 on, 4 off - Days Only (Mon-Fri, 07:00am - 7:00pm / Sat & Sun: 07:00am - 5:00pm).
* Additional earnings including site AP allowances, paid overtime etc.
* Overtime rates: x1.5 Mon-Sat, x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays.
* Holiday allowance: 25 days pro rata to hours + option to buy up to 5 additional days.
* Average of 15 working days per month.
* Company funded training, up-skilling and development, ie: HVAP, LVAP etc.
* £1,500 per AP status gained on top of your salary.
Duties:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
* Planned preventative maintenance - emergency light testing, flick tests, fire alarm testing etc.
* Reactive maintenance & remedial works.
* Quoted project works.
