M&E Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Tennants Side - Victoria - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Victoriahas arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located right by Victoria Station. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets General fabric works Package Up to £45,000 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Further training Company pension Requirements
