Electrically Biased Engineer – Hull

If you’ve been around engineering teams for any length of time, you’ll know there are two types of places to work:

The ones that burn you out, chew you up and then wonder why no one stays. The ones that actually invest in their people, treat them like adults, and don’t think “training budget” means sending you on a 2-hour PowerPoint session about “team synergy.” The company I’m recruiting for is firmly in the second camp.

They’ve got the kit, the budget to keep it running, and a track record of keeping engineers happy. They don’t rely on free fruit bowls to retain staff - they rely on decent pay, proper training, and managers who actually understand the job.

What they need you to bring:

A strong electrical bias (with enough mechanical know-how to not call an electrician for every loose bolt) Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment The ability to think beyond “patch it and hope for the best” A calm head when things go sideways What the role actually involves:
