Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of all production equipment by carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical PPM and breakdown maintenance using the CMMS system
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Prioritise maintenance tasks and breakdowns alongside your team
• Provide cover during team absences (sickness/holidays)
• Support wider maintenance activities as required
• Highlight faults, inefficiencies, or safety concerns proactively

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Electrically qualified to NVQ/ONC Level or equivalent (minimum requirement)
• Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing setting
• Confident with PPM routines, reactive maintenance, and fault finding
• Experience with PLC fault finding (preferred)
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player
