This is a key operational role responsible for maintaining and improving production assets to ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Reactive & Preventative Maintenance Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement robust repairs to minimise downtime. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules, ensuring high-quality completion and accurate documentation. Monitor machine performance to identify and resolve emerging faults early. Ensure all work complies with site safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and food safety standards.
