Electrical Maintenance Engineer\nLeeds\nFull Time\nUp to £40k (depending on experience) Plus Overtime + Flexible Benefits\nSummary\nNG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to work with our amazing client Victoria Leeds Retail to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive). This role is located in Leeds City Centre, and is a customer facing role, providing excellent opportunities for development.\nYou’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll also work two Saturdays a month, but you can pick a day off the following week that works best for you, there are also opportunities for Overtime.\nWe can offer Reduced Parking at £4 per day if travelling by Car.\nSome of the key deliverables in this role will include:\n * Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.\n * Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement’s to meet KPI’s.\n * Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.\n * Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.\n * Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAn experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
If this sounds like you, you'll thrive in this role.\nYou will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including.\n * Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferable but not essential)\n * City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.\n * 18th Edition\n * Conversant with Electrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's / Reactive Work\nBenefits:\nWe 're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people.
