Electrical Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - 55K Monday to Friday - Nights (early finish Fridays) North Manchester 55k Basic salary + 5% Bonus + 10% pension Great additional benefits
Job Purpose: A world leader in the medical devices industry are seeking a proactive maintenance engineer professional to minimise downtime, conduct planned maintenance and continuous improvement tasks across site. The successful candidate will be a hands on, Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical bias and have a desire to improve machinery availability, life cycle costs and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety equipment and control systems - Act as the engineering representative on the night shift. - Carry out planned Maintenance activities. - Minimising downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets - Supervision of outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required - Management of small projects such as equipment installation or staff training - To develop and implement process improvements Requirements : - Completed a recognised city & guilds, NVQ or equivalent electrical engineering apprenticeship - Proven experience post apprenticeship in an electrical multiskilled maintenance role - Electri...
