You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 4 engineers delivering first-class maintenance across both landlord and tenant spaces in a premium city building. In return, the company offers £53,000 per year and genuine career progression opportunities.
Location: Liverpool Street, Central London – Easily accessible via tube, train, and bus links.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Perform planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
\n
\n
Fault-find and repair: lighting systems, control panels, power distribution, pumps, motors, AHUs & FCUs
\n
\n
Conduct emergency lighting and water temperature checks (no dosing required)
\n
\n
Monitor BMS and mechanical plant – escalate issues as needed
\n
\n
Reset chillers, clean and change filters on HVAC units
\n
\n
Basic plumbing – unblock toilets and troubleshoot flow issues
\n
\n
Escort specialist subcontractors and liaise with client representatives
\n
\n
Maintain a safe working environment and escalate H&S concerns proactively
\n
\n
✅ What We’re Looking For:
\n
\n Electrically qualified (Level 3 C&G / NVQ) or Mechanically qualified (Level 2 minimum)
\n
\n
\n 18th Edition (essential for electrical applicants)
\n
\n
Strong commercial building maintenance experience
\n
\n
Confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems
\n
\n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
\n
Must be able to start on-site at 07:00am
\n
\n
\n Proof of trade qualifications is required
\n
\n

Continental shift pattern :
4 nights | 4 off | 3 days | 3 nights | 6 off | 4 days
Shifts: 07:00 AM –1 9:00 PM & 19:00 PM – 07:00 AM
