You\'ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plansLead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chainCarry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS complianceImplement lessons learned, walkdowns, and benchmarks to improve performanceProvide technical support, guidance, and training to project teamsIdentify risks, drive corrective actions, and proactively improve processesAbout YouDegree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade qualification5+ years\' quality management experience in engineering & constructionExperience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution (advantageous)ISO 9001 auditor certificationStrong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsAble to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business, work on landmark projects, and take your career to the next level #J-18808-Ljbffr
