The Role: As Electrical Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of quality across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and supporting delivery from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans - Lead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chain - Carry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS compliance - Implement lessons learned, walkdowns, and benchmarks to improve performance - Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams - Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and proactively improve processes
About You: - Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade qualification - 5+ years’ quality management experience in engineering & construction - Experience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution (advantageous) - ISO 9001 auditor certification - Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills - Able to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
