Position Overview

JLL are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton. You will be responsible for maintenance and reactive duties at this premier retail destination.

Location: West Quay, Southampton (Site Based) Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with company PPM and task schedules

* Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner

* Use and complete CAFM system accurately

* Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by Help Desk and/or management team
